Congratulations to one of our own, Luna Boyd! Born and raised in the Philippines, DDC’s longstanding employee of 11 years has been promoted this Fall to Director of Client Solutions!
Before joining DDC USA, Boyd emigrated from the Philippines to Toronto, Canada. During her 9 years in Canada, she served as a data service supervisor and gained experience in business management. The third child of four siblings, she moved to New York to be closer to her family. In 2004, she and her entire family decided to make the move down to Lakeland, Florida.
Luna's experience in leadership, planning, and quality service make her the perfect fit for DDC USA, where she is a project manager. Her initiative and work ethic led her to manage DDC FPO’s first project and eventually to managing DDC FPO’s two largest clients.
Boyd’s team-player attitude coupled with her knowledge of challenging TA and objectives, as well as implementing methods and procedures have left DDC clients pleased by the increase in project accuracy and productivity. She has assisted with the creation of DDC Intelligence System and has created other DDC FPO service offerings including rate auditing, POD retrieval, and Re-Class. She has a vast knowledge of the LTL billing industry and her latest project has her into the world of analytics and website/mobile app development.
Boyd has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations from Holy Angel University and an operations certificate in Computer Programming Proficiency. When Boyd is not busy at work, she spends time with her husband Raul and their son Thomas.
