Pace Motor Lines is utilizing DDC FPO business process outsourcing services to manage freight bills and audit shipper invoices.
With remote access to the carrier’s freight pick-up data uploaded by drivers into a mobile imaging platform, DDC FPO starts processing freight data well in advance of the driver returning to the terminal. DDC also handles freight bill auditing and entry in the carrier’s Transportation Management System. The consistency of the DDC team was the key to meeting their accuracy standards.
