DDC Expands North American HQ in Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA, May 7, 2014 - Pioneer in global business process outsourcing (BPO), The DDC Group (http//www.theddcgroup.com/), will expand its North American headquarters (http://www.theddcgroup.com/usa/) in Atlanta, with a 41 percent staff increase by October 2014.

The DDC Group has been operating on the continent since 2004, when the co-founders in the United Kingdom and Asia-Pacific witnessed an emerging need for a boutique, custom-designed BPO solution provider for American enterprises.

The expansion is a result of a recent selection of The DDC Group by a leading U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management company to create a competitive solution that will equip the new client's team with stronger efficiencies, higher quality data and unique visibility through a standardization of its business process management.

This specifically tailored solution will include post-processing clerical and quality assurance services for the client's best-in-class remittance process offering. As a result, all of DDC's clientele will reap rewards of an even greater capability than that which the provider is already known for, to add capacity, leverage scalability and increase cost savings through its effective and unique process standardization methods.

The North American division has seen steady growth over the last decade, with satellite offices being added in Denver, Tampa and New York and clientele stretching up into Canada. The Atlanta office will remain the continental headquarters for several reasons, including an impressive talent pool to staff it's IT and project management teams, as well as its proximity to the international airport.
