Global leader in custom BPO design recognized on the NOA Awards 2015 Shortlist for work with Brandbank
Worldwide BPO network The DDC Group is proud to announce that its Worksop, U.K. division, DDC Outsourcing Solutions (DDC OS), has been shortlisted for the National Outsourcing Association’s Offshoring Project of the Year Award. The project under the spotlight is DDC's long-term partnership with client Brandbank, both offshore in the Philippines and nearshore in Sarajevo.
DDC and Brandbank have been working together for over five years, a relationship which initially began as a solution to even out the peaks and troughs of Brandbank’s data capture requirements. DDC helped Brandbank understand the value of improved quality and flexibility in business processes. As a result, Brandbank leaders have reduced costs and are focused on their vision of growth into the global market.
Brandbank has moved from a position of supporting purely a UK customer base, to now having DDC-supported clients in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, Thailand, China and Malaysia.
“We are delighted to receive this honor," said John Callachan, Solutions Director. "This recognition is a testament to our team's hard work, both onshore and offshore.
"Of course," Callachan added, "it also highlights the fantastic relationship we have with our partner Brandbank.”
Brandbank has also been shortlisted in the Outsourcing Buyer of the Year category for the same project, a double acknowledgement of how successful this project has been.
National Outsourcing Association CEO, Kerry Hallard said:
“Following one of its strongest ever years, the global outsourcing industry is undergoing a paradigm shift in terms of technology, customer centricity and client expectation. Buyers and service providers alike are looking to the future, determining which trends are most significant and what investments must be made. Needless to say, this is gearing up to be a very exciting awards ceremony.”
